In summer, it is possible to make a stop on the island of Flatey with the morning boat and return with the evening boat or the next day. Car not accepted on the island but the company can take care of keeping it. The schedules and rates are to be checked by Internet or tourist offices prior to departure and it is advisable to reserve in advance the ticket in the high season.
