Restaurant of Alsatian and Corsican specialities with an excellent wine list of Alsace and the Island of Beauty

This restaurant is definitely not like the others! And for good reason: rather than being located in a tourist area, Alsacorse is next door to a shopping center at the gates of Colmar. In terms of cuisine, the chef's heart swings between Alsace and Corsica. In the plate, this original marriage is translated by excellent dishes: the fiadone (fresh brocciu pie) is adorned with a delicious streusel and the Corsican tiger veal is accompanied by a sauce of Alsatian foie gras. During an aperitif, you can enjoy delicatessen and cheeses from the Island of Beauty!
