About 200 m after the maquis Coup de frein, at the Syndicat crossroads, take the small unpaved road on the right. A small, well hidden and well rooted maquis farm famous for its perfectly seasoned quails and rabbits served braised or in soup, but also chicken, bush meat. "Experimental", tasty and exotic as you wish. Allow an hour before being served in case of rush or order in advance before going if you are afraid of finding the time long. A very local address.
