This 4-diamond restaurant offers Hawaiian/American fusion cuisine using very good local ingredients, including good fish, vegetables and fruits. On the meat side, the emphasis is on Wagyu beef which is a treat. The view from One Forty is simply sublime on the resort and on the sea that we overlook. This is also where you can have your breakfast: morning tacos, eggs Benedict, coconut French toast, lychee waffles, red fruit and ricotta pancakes, or on the loco moco.
