This gamelan-driven dance show runs from 7:30pm to 9:30pm (with a 15-minute break). Two venues host the ballet. From May to October, the shows take place outdoors, not every evening but almost. This is, of course, the most impressive: 200 dancers on the main stage, with the illuminated Prambanan in the background. Magnificent. The rest of the year (November to April), you can attend it in the covered theater, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. A show with just 50 dancers. Enjoy the same view from the theater's restaurant.
