Quite unique in Oman, Barten is an intimate cocktail bar, inspired by a colonialist spirit straight out of Egypt. The decor is chic and rather retro, Agatha Christie style, with a large duck-blue velvet banquette, a superb bar under a crystal chandelier, plants, old black and white photos and an antique telephone. Depending on the season and if the sun is low, you can also take advantage of the large outdoor terrace to sip a fine wine, cocktail or mocktail, accompanied by mezzes or snacks to nibble on.
