Close to Cumhuriyet Caddesi and its urban agitation, on the second floor of a commercial building, the atmosphere of Kervansaray Restaurant is not the most authentic yet it is a very good place to eat. It is the ideal place to savor delicious mezzes. We do not hesitate to test the speciality, the Kağıt kebabı, which means "paper kebab" but which is in fact a recipe for lamb kebab in papillote.
