This delicious vegetarian restaurant, which also offers massages and yoga and meditation classes, is a family-run establishment. Everything here is fresh and authentic. The dishes are modern, rich in colour, but above all in flavour: beetroot and curry hamburger, quinoa salad and fresh fruit juice galore. Also on the menu, a wide variety of burritos, sandwiches and other wraps. The preparations and presentations are sophisticated. An excellent wellness address, installed on a terrace facing the sea.

Why do we recommend Alejandra rather than the other palapas that are located at this end of the beach? Simply because here, the shrimp cocktails are absolutely divine, surely thanks to that little zest of orange pulp that makes all the difference in the preparation. And, as the rest of the menu is also successful (especially the breakfast dishes, copious and well done), this is where it happens, on a reclining chair with your feet in the sand (literally), facing the ocean.
