This delicious vegetarian restaurant, which also offers massages and yoga and meditation classes, is a family-run establishment. Everything here is fresh and authentic. The dishes are modern, rich in colour, but above all in flavour: beetroot and curry hamburger, quinoa salad and fresh fruit juice galore. Also on the menu, a wide variety of burritos, sandwiches and other wraps. The preparations and presentations are sophisticated. An excellent wellness address, installed on a terrace facing the sea.

Why do we recommend Alejandra rather than the other palapas that are located at this end of the beach? Simply because here, the shrimp cocktails are absolutely divine, surely thanks to that little zest of orange pulp that makes all the difference in the preparation. And, as the rest of the menu is also successful (especially the breakfast dishes, copious and well done), this is where it happens, on a reclining chair with your feet in the sand (literally), facing the ocean. In full immersion.

It's either pizza or pizza here, but they're all delicious - especially the shrimp special - from the ingredients to the texture to the wood-fired cooking. If you get the crazy idea of ordering one (huge) pizza per person, take a look at the tables next door... Add to that a good glass of wine and a view of the sea and you have a great evening. The establishment also serves many cocktails. Very good overall, despite the service being rather uneven.
