Jean-Georges Vongerichten, a three-starred chef from New York, opened the Market in Doha a few years ago, where you can find dishes from the Avenue Matignon restaurant. In this contemporary room, we opt for the meal at the bar. Ginger margarita, tuna tartar, the famous Fontina black truffle pizza or scallops with fennel and salted butter caramel ice cream. Note the very playful burger menu, a MacGeorges gastro version, with a Truffe & Brie or a Roquette & Parmesan followed by a banana split. Nice wine list.
