This vineyard has made a name for itself in the Macedon Ranges thanks to its sparkling wine, made using the Champagne method. Today, the estate is one of the largest in the region, with production based on carefully selected grapes. On-site tasting of reds, whites and bubbles, facing the million-year-old volcanic monolith that gives the estate its name. The estate also raises Speckle Park beef and blends wine and culture with an open-air sculpture exhibition. A complete stopover between nature, wine and art!
