Do not miss the visit of this textile workshop created in 1973, the year of the independence of the Bahamas. The manufacture of batiks is divided into five phases, the design of patterns, the application of shapes, dyeing, drying and making. Androsia, the brand name of the Bahamian version of batik, is made here and sold throughout the Caribbean. Hand-made, each piece is unique. You can also order your own designs.
