FISH FRY

History and anecdotes create institutions. The Fish Fry is the island's Wednesday night spot of choice. On the beach on the right, the outdoor bar prepares grilled fish and lobster fresh from the water, accompanied by rice and macaroni, the most traditional accompaniment here, while on the left, the well-equipped bar guarantees a festive evening. As with most Bahamian Fish Fry, the atmosphere rises to a crescendo and ends with a wild rhythm. Roots ragga and salsa mix... It's a show !
