Familiengeführtes kleines Haus inmitten von Olivenbäumen und super Blick auf den Gardasee. Personal sehr freundlich. Gute italienische Küche.

If you’re looking for a total relaxation for the whole family, (an escape from the city) I strongly recommend this place!
Mr.Marco,the girl in the front desk and all the other staff were amazing. Very accomodating from the moment of booking the room directly with them, checking in, until check out.
We also enjoyed the live band at the restaurant.
The room was just in front of the pool and the pool was facing the lake. Absolutely Beautiful.
The only sad thing about this experience is that it was raining during our entire stay that’s why we couldn’t use the pool (but it wasn’t their fault at all :D )
We would love to come back on summer this year and the following years hopefully ????

Eigentlich 3,5 Sterne, die gibt es aber nicht.
+sehr schöner Pool
+ schöne Aussicht
+ renoviertes Bad allerdings sehr klein
+ Frühstück reichhaltig süß und salzig
+Die Terasse am Appartement ist schön groß, da könnte man was draus machen wenn es nicht so vernachlässigt wäre

- die Zimmer sind sehr einfach, die Möbel alt und abgewohnt, die Matratzen vor allem im Kinderzimmer eine Zumutung, die Terassenmöbel alt und klapprig, da müsste dringend renoviert werden.
- das Abendessen ist total überteuert und die Portionen winzig. Wir waren danach noch Pizza essen.

Der Service war nicht unfreundlich aber auch nicht besonders freundlich. Wegen des schönen Pool hatten wir trotzdem eine gute Zeit. Um zum See zu kommen braucht man das Auto. Dann ist man aber gleich unten.

Ich weiß nicht woher die guten/ sehr guten Rezensionen kommen. Von uns und den Gästen die wir dort kennengelernt haben nicht. Hund darf im Pool schwimmen, Apartments sehr alt, außer das Bad, 2qm für 4/5Personen.Leider Raucher Zimmer, geht gar nicht.Küche ohne Spülmaschine in der heutigen Zeit, ein Unding. Matratzen liegen auf Spanplatten, hää...? Neue renovierte Zimmer sind 20-25qm da ist Alles drin, Doppelbett, Esstisch mit stühle ,Hochbett,Küchenzeile und kleine Couch.Für öffnet sich in Frühstücksraum, keine Privatsphäre. Restaurant ist lecker aber zu otopischen Preisen, auch viel zu wenig. An der Promenade am See sogar günstiger. Frühstück lohnt sich für 15 Euro auch nicht.Speck und Rührei kalt, Brot/ Brötchen gefühlt vom Vortag. Keine Ahnung woher die guten Rezensionen kommen? Für uns nicht wieder auch nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Waren 1Woche da, Küche auch nur spärlichen eingerichtet, haben aus hygienischen Gründen nicht dort gekocht. Pool war schön nur leider sehr kalt an Pfingsten, und mit Hunden schwimme ich nicht gerne.

Weekend di coppia a fine ottobre.
Stanza accogliente, ordinata e pulita con balcone che affaccia su una vista strepitosa.
Struttura intima e poco caotica, personale gentile e disponibile.
Posizione ottima, a soli 5 minuti di macchina dal Lago di Garda.
Consigliatissimo, torneremo!

For restaurant only: Very good food, only the fish was a little bit to dry. Great view and friendly staff. Only downsides are mosquitoes, you can hear the street but not too loud, and sometimes there was some oil smell but gone quickly.

Magnifico posto in mezzo alla natura, personale accogliente e disponibile, Marco, il propietario, sempre presente!!! Ottima cena, ricca colazione ....cosa chiedere di più ad un passo dal lago e dal golf ?????
