we had reserved at home for 1 month by means of our friends who have on site, before our departure, and when you arrive at Ouvéa and when booking was recorded in our name. they were not even excursions of their error and did not even offer us a car. one has to manage to another rental agency that was the airport and a car without reservation so that with another couple for that they offered to us were jusqu to go to a car at their agency, LO.
