The Dijon Metropole Olympic swimming pool offers visitors state-of-the-art sports facilities, with four accessible areas: aquatic, diving, fitness and well-being. The complex has three pools: a 50m pool, a 25m pool and a "fun" pool. You can swim or do one of the many activities on offer: aquacycle, aquagym, aqua punch, baby swimmers, swimming lessons for all ages, and even lessons to overcome your fear of water. It is also here that you can dive, in these two pits, unique in Burgundy, 6 and 20 m deep. On the program: baptism and courses (levels 1 and 2), training course of apnea... It is the first pit of France to have obtained the EcoSub label. This "title" underlines the fact that the constraints and ecological responsibilities of the place are fully respected. Moreover, the pit is accessible at a very reduced rate and entirely secure. On site, we lend you the necessary equipment (wetsuit, tank, regulator, mask, fins, vest). Finally, if you are not a big fan of water, perhaps you will find your happiness with the fitness classes: aerobics, step, CAF, stretching, body sculpt, Pilates and Zumba. We are particularly fond of the wellness area where you will find a hammam and a sauna. The choice is vast, there is inevitably an activity that will suit you! You should also know that the pool regularly organizes competitions and events, including the diving festival.
