A Voie Verte has been built along the towpath that runs alongside the Burgundy canal between Dijon and Pont-de-Pany. This asphalt path, accessible to pedestrians and cyclists, starts at Lac de Kir, just west of Dijon. It passes through several villages and rest areas, allowing you to segment the 16-kilometer route at any time. The route is also punctuated by locks, which you may be lucky enough to see come alive to let the barges pass through.
