The Bistrot Quentin is an institution for those who regularly visit the Place des Halles. A cosmopolitan place with a strong identity, regulars, thirty-somethings and quadras meet there and rub shoulders at afterwork time. In the dining room, a characteristic and punchy decor, a dartboard that never fails to fill up, and at the counter a pretty selection of Burgundy beers and wines (we are thinking in particular of the amazing Hautes Côtes de Nuits from Domaine Bertagna). The house also offers a generous selection of quality cheeses and/or charcuterie, with products imported directly from the market just opposite! If happy hour is smiling at you, let yourself be tempted by a refreshing white lillet tonic or a good mojito, all of which is accompanied by an always impeccable playlist.
