The arrival of the Dijon streetcar and its two lines crossing the city has changed people's habits, inviting them to abandon their cars for a fast and ecological means of transportation. It's a great success: the people of Dijon have adopted the 33 blackcurrant-colored trains, which record nearly 100,000 trips per day. Since the start of the 2019-2020 school year, all scholarship students in the Metropolis have benefited from the "PASS 18-25 years" scheme. Intermittent streetcar users or tourists can now pay for their trip by presenting their bank card at the validator, or even their smartphone if they have the card payment option.
