This is one of the West Village's finest restaurants. It offers a "farm-to-table" gourmet experience, sourcing its produce from small Michigan producers. Marrow is also known for its butcher shop (open Thursday to Sunday), which sells fine cuts of meat, always with a locavore focus. Needless to say, we recommend the restaurant's in-house charcuterie. To look out for in 2024: the opening of Marrow Detroit Provisions' new premises (butcher shop, restaurant and rooftop bar).
