The warm, brick-and-wood ambience and, above all, the incredible aromas will whet your appetite even before you look at the menu. The principle is in the title: everything here is cooked for a very long time, to give the meat time to become as melt-in-the-mouth as possible. There's also a fine list of craft beers, most of them from Michigan (you can buy beer to go). Another branch in Midtown (takeaway only) and one in Grand Rapids.
