Chef/owner Lester Gouvia's menu features exotic flavors from the many roots of Caribbean cuisine. A native of Trinidad and Tobago himself, he aims to offer authentic comfort-food-style cuisine, just like his mother used to prepare for him. Jerk chicken, fried plantains, chicken pelau, doubles (a Trinidad street food classic) and oxtail tacos are just some of the dishes on the menu. There's also a small selection of sunny cocktails and live entertainment on certain evenings.
