MUSEUM OF GEOLOGY

Located on the Ecole des Mines in South Dakota, the museum is a high conservation site for the rich geological heritage of South Dakota and the Black Hills. It shows, among other things, paleontological exhibits, including skeletons of dinosaurs and mammals, White River fossils of marine reptiles and fish, and a beautiful part devoted to mineralogy including meteorites and fluorescent mineral room. And to do nothing, the museum is free.
