Museum showing the different techniques for the elaboration of the famous queso de Roncal
The Cheese and Transhumance Museum presents the different techniques used to make the famous queso de Roncal (one of the two cheeses with the Navarrese Designation of Origin), as well as numerous photographs and objects on ancestral methods. A section of the museum is also devoted to the office of the shepherds who have always carried out transhumance. It occupies the installations of the Kabila Enea cheese dairy, where you can do some shopping.
