The kitchens of the Southern Lakes Resort are held with a light and smiling hand by Swiss Chef Bruno Dietrich. The Nordic-inspired dishes are classic but divinely good, such as salmon with cranberries or steamed vegetables. On the menu, you will also find grilled steaks, homemade burgers made with fresh, local produce.
