The Daliyat El-Carmel tourist market is actually made up of the many stores and stalls located on either side of the main downtown street. These include a wide selection of copper, glass, ceramic and wicker ware, fabrics, paintings, art sculptures and antique furniture. Weekends, especially Saturdays, are the busiest, with many visitors from all over Haifa. The pleasant atmosphere promises an interesting stopover in the heart of the Druze community.
