Bien situé avec très belle vue et personnel agréable.
Déception sur la demi pension car pas assez de choix au niveau des plats (2 uniquement) et choix entre entrée ou désert pas les deux.
Chambres à moderniser et enfin, la propreté pourrait être améliorée surtout au niveau SdB.

We spent 3 nights there during our honeymoon and we are so happy we did.
The views from the restaurant and from our room was incredible, the infinity pool stunning luxury, and our room lovely, and filled with nice touches : flowers on our bed, some monoi gift.
The staff was kind and approachable and very helpful : they went out of their way a few time to help us out. I am quite puzzled by the comments saying the staff was racist towards French ! I am french and my husband British, and everyone was wonderful to us. Maybe you get what you project ? ????
We look forwards to coming back to Hiva Oa one day, and will surely threat ourselves to another few nights there ✨

Extrêmement déçus !
Vue agréable sur l'océan est malheureusement quasi le seul point positif hormis le personnel agréable, accueillant et attentif.
Le logement : vieillot, ménage beaucoup trop succinct, sans parler du linge de toilette qui parfois part même en lambeaux et des odeurs nauséabondes.
La restauration : quasi premier au petit-déjeuner, 1 yaourt ?!, très peu de charcuterie, jus de fruits industriels, une viennoiserie par personne... en réclamant, on nous apporte, est-ce normal ?
Quand au déjeuner ou dîner, très mauvais rapport qualité prix.
Trouvez une bonne pension plutôt que cet hôtel ! Quel dommage !

It’s rare these days to experience the kind of love and care ownership puts into a retreat such as Hanakee (and they are present). The location is incredible. The accommodations are movie like. But most important, the service. Be careful, you’ll likely fall in love with everyone who works here.

Venu pour une soirée marquisienne, danse très sympa mais je note ainsi pour sanctionner le reste. WiFi pour les clients hôtel, même pas suffisamment commercial pour le vendre, simple "non". Buffet peu réfléchi et avec un gratin dauphinois congelé mal réchauffé (soirée marquisienne), poisson cru sans légumes (beaucoup de solutions locales pourtant). Un peu de sérieux et d'attention, se concentrer sur le local et un peu de sens du commerce, alors vous pourrez prétendre à votre standing et au prix associé.

Hôtel très charmant, et une vue époustouflante sur la mer , malheureusement le personnel est raciste envers les Français. très déçu
Beautiful hotel located in a magnificent setting. Very warm welcome from the staff and the Manager that implement all to make your stay of pure happiness. Good food and impeccable service.

Il serait dommage de venir en Polynésie sans faire un détour par les îles marquises
Très bel hôtel avec une superbe vue
Ps:une petite rampe en bois serait la bienvenue pour accéder aux chambres et éviter de tomber surtout en cas de pluie
