Ludwig, a passionate professional beekeeper, has been making certified honey since 2021. With a production of one ton per year, he makes many products in Rangiroa based on this delicious nectar: honey monoi, a range of candles, soaps... You can buy his products at the Rairoa store and Rangiroa art gallery or in the store and visit the honey house for free upon request to discover the world of bees. An amateur ornithologist, he is a member of the Polynesian bird protection association (member of SOPMANU).
