This family-run inn invites you to an authentic culinary experience in Avatoru, on Rangiroa atoll, at the entrance to Tiputa Passage, near Ohotu harbor and the main diving centers. The restaurant offers refined cuisine combining French and Polynesian influences, with a snack menu based on fresh seasonal produce. The menu features local ingredients, especially fish, with the option of adapting dishes to suit your food allergies and preferences. Among the must-tries, let yourself be tempted by a merlin carpaccio, local fish makis and sushi, or tuna mi-cuit with apple chutney. For main courses, discover Mahi Mahi curry, salmon of the gods topped with coconut sauce and Rangiroa honey, or a tasty tuna steak. For dessert, treat yourself to pineapple cake, Marquesas lime tart or coconut panna cotta with pineapple-basil coulis. Lunchtime snacks are also available, with a choice of quiches, bagels, paninis, sandwiches and sweet crepes.
