Under Julien's leadership, chef Tuari Teena offers a refined menu with a special emphasis on fish: Mahi-Mahi in a coconut crust is one of the specialties. All day long, Anthony and the rest of the team are at your disposal to have a drink, taste some tapas, enjoy the beautiful wine list, or even the very welcome cigar cellar: a rarity in Polynesia.
