Concept Terrassement was set up in 2007 by Victor Ribeiro, a master craftsman in earthworks, and his son William, and covers the full range of exterior landscaping and renovation requirements. The entire chain of work is carried out without subcontracting, from earthworks to turnkey delivery of a project, including masonry, electricity, water treatment, asphalt floor finishes, gravel or turf trays, paving, fencing, reinforced concrete swimming pools and liner installation - anything is possible. Concept Terrassement's services are aimed primarily at private individuals for their outdoor landscaping projects. Demolition, evacuation, connection and drainage of constrained sites are easily dealt with. Victor Ribeiro manages the project management and delivers meticulous work and perfectly clean sites. Everything is squared away, clean and tidy, as evidenced by the offices and outdoor showroom in Bressey-sur-Tille, where a demonstration pool has been installed. In early 2024, the company expanded with the takeover of AP'Piscines in Dole, confirming its status as a pool specialist.

MAGGIONI SA

Masonry specialist

In 2022, Maggioni SA, one of the Côte-d'Or's leading producers of concrete blocks, agglos and concrete deliveries, became a subsidiary of the public works company Pennequin. A strategic move for the parent company, which also owns the Prenois quarry. As a result, Maggioni can now count on crushed and screened concrete waste from demolition sites, or limestone sand from the quarry to replace sand from sandpits that are running out. Add to this the efforts of cement producers to optimize the carbon footprint of concrete blocks. Since 2008, Technibloc, a concrete block ground to a tolerance of 0.3 mm on its horizontal faces and simply glued into thin joints, has remained a sustainable solution in the face of changing construction standards. For one square meter of rectified agglo, less than a kilo of glue is needed, whereas traditional masonry installation requires 70 kilos of mortar for the same surface area. Less material, less labor. The company is also investing in its manufacturing processes, for greater quality, safety and diversity, since the manufacture of joists will soon be integrated. In terms of service to both private and professional customers, Maggioni SA delivers ready-mix concrete to your worksite. Look out for the new Maggioni brand color: dark blue with orange accents!
