SITES DE PLONGÉE
The Huahine lagoon is rich in different varieties of coral. Less well known than those of Bora Bora or Tuamotu, it nevertheless has several remarkable and often virgin sites.
Ava Peihi. The Passe pass, facing the village of the same name and not far from Fare, offers a vertical fall of 30 m dotted with caves and chimneys where you can admire barracuda, eagles and sharks; This is Huahine's most popular site. More inside the lagoon, there is also an aquarium with thousands of fish accessible at all levels. A very rich and exciting dive.
Fa'a Miti. On the edge of the motu of the airport, a good quantity of sharks, black and white point, grey sharks…
The Jardin de Coral. On the fall of the reef along the motu of the airport, it also looks like the pass of Fitii, with in addition a coral of a surprising yellow where shelter many morays (do not touch it!). The confirmed divers can start by visiting the coral roses by less than 50 m.
The Yellow Valley. In the west of the island an interesting dive with a diverse pelagic fauna and coral of all colors.
