Le seul hic c'est à chaque entrée dans le studio,il fallait attendre que la climatisation rafraichisse la chambre. Du coup on a acheté un ventilateur. Sinon pour se reposer TOP, et le restaurant juste à côté

Stayed here for a night prior to flying out the following morning. They helped arrange transportation to the airport for 21,000 CFP per person. The room was comfortable and there is AC. There is instant coffee provided as well as a mini fridge and safe. The WiFi was really slow in our room, so that was the main complaint. There is a pool and a view of a black sand beach. There’s a restaurant on site and breakfast starts at 6:30am.

We tried to check out and they knew that we were leaving at 5:50am as they informed us upon checkin in, but there was no one at the front desk to check out with. We were able to settle everything after we left over email, but we just wished someone would’ve told us that the front desk would be closed because we spent 20 minutes trying to call someone while our driver was waiting to take us to the airport.

Joli hôtel avec son très beau et grand parc. piscine, chambre spacieuse tout confort. Grande terrasse.
Restaurant de l hôtel à côté.
Proche aussi du marché de papeete et de l aéroport. Voiture indispensable.

Chambre refaite mais système de douche/baignoire pas pratique.
Certaine personnes très pro d'autres beaucoup moins,
Demande par mail d'une excursion a notre arrivée celle-ci n'était pas réservé, demande d'un p'tit dej car départ tôt le matin, il a fallut relancer a 20h30 car pas noté
départ a 4h40 même pas un gardien a qui rendre les cartes d'accès... très déçu
WiFi inutilisable dans les chambres

Très bel hôtel au charme polynésien au bord d'une plage de sable noir. Chambre vaste et propre avec tout confort (sèche cheveux, coffre fort, plateau de courtoisie). Superbe piscine. Nous avons été très bien reçus et le personnel est accueillant et toujours souriant. Nous avons pu bénéficier d'un excellent petit déjeuner pris en terrasse bord de mer. Le restaurant est fabuleux. Bref nous avons passé un excellent séjour (5 nuits) dans ce petit hôtel proche de Papeete et nous le conseillons vivement.

Nous avons fini notre voyage de noces par cet hôtel et nous l'avons trouvé assez vieillissant... Les services sont présent (serviette de piscine, bagagerie,...) mais les petits déjeuner sont peu copieux et les prestations de la chambre sont assez rustique c'est dommage...
L'hôtel est cependant très bien situé.

The property has a lot of potential but isn't what you would expect from a resort in Paradise. Rooms in need of refurbishment. Felt it catered more to French visitors. Bar and Restaurant average. You feel awkward walking into the bar and restaurant as it's a big space but empty. Staff are disengaged. They appear to do a buffet lunch for local businesses and their staff to come for lunch break. It's just weird.

Local area is residential and there isn't any where to walk apart from to petrol stations.

The hotel beach is just a sand bank at back of property shared with neighbouring properties.

Pool looked ok. Rooms are clean. No international TV, just French TV.

There just isn't any vibe. Needs new management. Feels like a hotel you would find in a rural town 100miles outside Paris. Guests look bored.

I left the hotel to spend the day time at the Intercontinental resort.

Restaurant de bon rapport qualité prix.
Axe d'amélioration: Refaire la partie baignoire avec la robinetterie.
