Things to see and do Mirna Gora

The highlight of the region. Its name can be translated into French as "montagne paisible" (peaceful mountain). Local legend tells us that this was not always the case. Indeed, a dragon would have decided to disturb the tranquillity of the place, making the harvest unsuitable and accelerating the famine among the villagers. It was then decided to build a church in honour of Saint Francis Xavier, known for his fierce and effective fight against the bad weather. It was a success.
