MEDITERRANEAN GARDEN

The Mediterranean Garden in Schwebsange is a privately owned garden, designed and maintained over the last 30 years by Charles Roovers and Dieter Lingen. The 15 ares of the garden currently contain some 1,000 different species and varieties. Emphasis is placed on Mediterranean species and other subtropical to tropical species that flourish magnificently in the wine-growing climate of the Moselle. Due to the diversity of plants, the garden offers an attractive range of flowering plants throughout the season.
