A creator of tasty, original dishes, Arnaud Simon cut his teeth at the Jardin des Violettes in Jungholtz, as well as at JY'S and Côté Cour in Colmar. He has also twice taken part in the final of the French Dessert Championship, in 2003 and 2006. This creative young chef cultivates a love of good, fresh produce, sourcing exclusively from local producers! He reveals his colorful and flavorful culinary creations on his regularly updated Facebook page. Finally, note that Attitude Gourmande opened a new outlet in the heart of Sélestat in January 2018.
