What could be more seductive than the combination of a fascinating landscape and local delicacies? The medieval town of Certaldo honors the seasonal specialty par excellence, the Marzuolo truffle. In fact, from mid-January to mid-April is the season for this prized truffle, which resembles the white truffle, but differs in size, darker color, more regular shape and spicier taste.
