Wie diese Bewertungen hier zu Stande kommen, ist mir absolut schleierhaft. Eines der schlechtesten Hotels, in denen ich je untergebracht war. Inkompetenter Service, teils wenigstens bemüht, teils aber auch nicht einmal das. Gemütlich und einladend ist anders. Vor allem die Zimmer versprühen eher den Charme eines Autobahn-Hotels , in dem die Zimmer komplett abwaschbar sind. Was sich an diesem Hotel luxuriös oder edel anfühlen soll, erschliesst sich mir beim besten Willen nicht. Aber jeder, wie er mag. Und die anderen sollen nicht sagen, sie seien nicht gewarnt worden. Ich würde dort nicht mehr absteigen, auch wenn ich dafür gezahlt würde (aber verstehe so langsam, dass auch das Influencer Dasein bisweilen harte Arbeit sein kann - zumindest solange, bis man in die wirklich guten Hotels darf).

Stayed 6 days in November in this wonderful hotel in the Fendi suite. Awesome rooftop terrace and great design of the suite made this a fantastic choice. The hotel is very modern and definitely a top pick for Mallorca travelers who want to enjoy a more personalized experience and are looking for privacy. But next to the little details which make this place special, I just can’t mention enough about the friendly staff and the excellent service at any time. This makes a boutique hotel like Portals Hills really stand out of the mass. And so it does. 6 stars for the staff!
