Read moreLaunched in 1994 by Jean-Claude Juston, a Frenchman who wrote culinary guides, this restaurant was taken over in 2013 by two Frenchmen from the Basque Country, Brigitte and Michel, who maintained its position as a vegetarian restaurant offering a refined world cuisine, tajines, risottos... most often made with organic products. All this to enjoy in a pretty Berber house with a terrace. And for those who need a breakdown service solution in terms of housing, the workshop also has two guest rooms.
