In the heart of the village, this is the excellent lair for local carnivores. Upstairs, in a traditional and friendly atmosphere, the menu is a delight for meat lovers: entrecôtes, suckling pigs and other chops give pride of place to the region's meats. On the ground floor, you can sit down at the bar for a drink and enjoy a few rounds of tapas made with local products, warmed by the large fireplace during the winter. A friendly address that has been rampant (and seductive) since 1941 in Miraflores.
