The mausoleum of Mirsaid Bakhrom is located in the park behind the market. The mausoleum's domed portal dates from the late 10th century. Its decoration is characterized by an arrangement of bare bricks, reminiscent of the Samanid mausoleum. Today, the monument is endangered by rising salts. Look at the bricks and you'll see a large salt deposit. The mausoleum is still an important place of pilgrimage, and worshippers can access it very early in the morning.
