SENTIERS « LUNAIRES »

Sudbury has long lived up to its reputation as a lunar city, as pollution has ravaged its vegetation. But thanks to the land reclamation plan, greenery is taking over again. To celebrate trees and the environment, a network of trails reveals a renewed Sudbury. The Ramsey Lake boardwalk, for example, runs 2 km along the largest lake in North America within city limits. At strategic points, with Oak Forest and Blueberry Hill trails, the view suddenly embraces the entire area that Ramsey Lake wets.
