Welcome to THE ultimate restaurant where you can taste certified Alberta bison meat. A unique experience awaits you in this wood cabin, located just outside the town of Jasper. Opened since 1952, the restaurant also offers other typical meats such as elk meat, Alberta beef and fish such as the trout raimbow trout very present in the region. The establishment offers the possibility of picnicking on a ridge, a few steps from the restaurant, with a superb view of the Athabasca River.
