This family-owned Canadian restaurant is run by Dale Nutt, a chef who loves the products of his region. On the menu you'll find Alberta AAA beef, bison, wild boar, free-range chicken, salmon and tuna, as well as vegetarian and vegan dishes. Evil Daves Grill is located on one of the two main streets in the small town of Jasper and the restaurant can accommodate up to 60 guests. We recommend meat sushi as a starter. For the rest, treat yourself!
