Built between 1862 and 1865, the Catholic church of Miquelon has been listed as a Monument Historique since 2011. Made entirely of wood, it is topped by a gable roof and a bell tower. The roof structure was prefabricated in mainland France before being sent to Miquelon for assembly. Inside, there is a beautiful painting by Yvette Detcheverry and superb stained glass windows by master glass artist Fabien Schultz. A must see!
