Heading towards Maltezana, you'll find a series of pleasant coves and rocks, including Plakes or Steno, popular with families for its sandy beach and delicious paillote (+30 698 069 9394). The bay of Maltezana or Ble Limanaki are also good options.

Headingnorthwards , the coastline, exposed to the meltemi, is not suitable for swimming. In Vathi, the bay, beautiful and secluded, has no bottom and is not conducive to pleasant bathing. However, head to the Galini tavern (+30 22437 71862) for fresh fish in an old-fashioned atmosphere.
