In February, Pip Kelly Varela, owner of the Casitas Tenorio B&B hotel, was awarded the "Upeace" training centre. The latter teaches his students "positive leadership". Positive leadership is simply learning to bring out the best in your team, interesting, isn't it? Through several interactive workshops, this school teaches leaders how to best manage their teammates. Very proud of their manager, the members of Casitas Tenorio B&B are eager to see her implement her new skills
