For a gourmet stopover during your day of sightseeing, don't miss the Almonte café-pâtisserie, which makes some of the best rum saluzzesi in the region. These delicious sweets are indeed the local specialty: pralines in a heart of rum-flavored cream, wrapped in meringue and dark chocolate... Pure pleasure! But the other patisseries are also worth a detour, each as pretty and tasty as the next. Everything is very fresh and the staff are really friendly. An excellent address!
