A small, well-run boutique-workshop. Sandro and Laura have taken over the business founded by Laura's father, Aldo Ferrando, in 1986, and offer an excellent range of delicious artisanal and traditional cookies, including a vegan range, made from carefully selected products. The store has limited opening hours, but it is possible to order from a distance and have all these gourmet products delivered. Sandro and Laura have been awarded the "Maestro del gusto" label, a just reward for their fine work.
