Local specialitiessuch as bagna cauda and vitello tonnato are served in generous portions. The welcome is warm and the service friendly, in a rustic decor that perfectly matches what's on the plate. If you don't know what to choose, take the tasting menu, and you'll get a good overview of Piedmontese gastronomy. It's a typical place and very good value for money.
